Customers have the right to request a refund within 30 days after an order has been placed. The refund policy applies only in case the extension to be refunded has been purchased at the Amigoways website.
Refunds do not include any additional features or software conflicts. Despite the fact that Amigoways extensions/modules/plugins/ are compatible with any theme or template.
Please share the details with our customer support system if you want to request a refund. Our dedicated team will make certain that you receive your refund within 5 business days.
Customers must provide server access [GIT or FTP details] in the event of theme or template incompatibility, and we will ensure that our modules/plugins/extensions are fully compatible with Amigoways extensions.
Amigoways does require you to contact our technical support team if the product does not perform as expected. Our specialists provide care, professional assistance, and consulting to assist you in tailoring the software to your specific needs and making the most of it.
Important Notice
- Installation and customization services, as well as consultancy services, are not refundable
- Upon refund period, you must destroy all copies of the software on your servers and anywhere else
- All software licenses will be revoked immediately.
- Any further use of the software constitutes an infringement of Amigoways copyright and other intellectual property rights
- We are extremely concerned with the satisfaction of our customers
- All refund requests submitted after 30 days are not accepted
- If our software does not function properly as advertised and we are unable to resolve the issue, the customer may request a refund as a credit.
How do we process a refund
All refund requests must be submitted through our Contact Us form. A refund can take up to two business days to process. Before sending the request, all copies of Amigoways Extensions, themes, and plugins must be removed.
