Job Description:

As a Senior Moodle Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining Moodle-based e-learning solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure the delivery of exceptional online learning experiences. This role demands strong technical skills, extensive experience in Moodle development, and a passion for creating innovative educational platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define e-learning project requirements and objectives.
2. Design and develop custom Moodle plugins, themes, and modules to meet specific project needs.
3. Customize the Moodle platform to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience.
4. Implement and maintain integration with third-party applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
5. Conduct performance optimization and troubleshooting to enhance the platform's reliability and speed.
6. Ensure compliance with e-learning industry standards, accessibility requirements, and security protocols.
7. Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users as necessary.
8. Keep up-to-date with the latest Moodle developments, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Moodle Developer with a minimum of [4+ years] in developing and maintaining Moodle-based solutions.
2. Strong PHP programming skills and experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
3. Extensive knowledge of Moodle architecture, administration, and customization.
4. Experience with Moodle plugin development and customization.
5. Familiarity with Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) and other e-learning standards.
6. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
8. Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a remote or agency-based environment.
